MEALS: BFAST: 45g/14g. LUNCH: 45g/25g.  SNACK: 20+g/10+g. DINNER: 45g/30g.

EXERS:  AM: Stretches, gen. squats, walking , chores. PM: Inclines, etc. Chores. Walking (IU etc.). 100: mini-sits, ab crunches, ab lunges, ab/back, ab pushes. 200 (2×100) : arm arcs, thigh/bfly in/out. 300: (3×100) waist twists.  pKbells: 100: doubles, up, down, chest-in, chest-out, press, pull-ups. 200: (2×100): arm curls, exts, swings.
