— TO MY FRIENDS —
The Daishonin teaches,
“The best way to attain Buddhahood
is to encounter a good friend.”*
When you have a problem,
rather than keeping it to yourself,
please try to consult with someone senior in faith
who you think you can trust and are happy with.

— DAILY GOSHO —
“Whether you chant the Buddha’s name, recite the sutra,
or merely offer flowers and incense, all your
virtuous acts will implant benefits
and roots of goodness in your life.
With this conviction you should strive in faith.”

– The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Vol. I, page 4)

—— DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT —-
“The world today is in urgent need of an unshakable spiritual pillar.
Now is the time for us to confidently share with others the
greatness of the Mystic Law. This is propagating the Law.

“Propagating the Law—introducing others to Buddhism
—is the most important work of the Buddha. We should therefore
joyfully and very naturally go about helping others form a
connection with Buddhism, and not regard it
as a painful or difficult chore.”
