Tues AM/PM Reports 072214 Days 207/207b: TOTAL STEPS: 1980-2000+ steps.  TOTAL MILES: .9-1.0+ miles.  TOTAL SLEEP: 12-13hours.  Took most of the day off and wasn’t online. Rested, errands etc. Human rev and lots of energy moving. Much needed rest. Was told I had a nice smile and they appreciated my positivity.  BFAST: 46g/13g. 42-45g/35g+ SNACK#1: 0g/8=g. DINNER: 45g/30g+. SNACK: 15g/12g. EXERS: pKbells: 200 (2×100): singles, arm curls, exts., single arm swings. 100:  doubles, uip, down, chest-in, chest-out, pull-ups, press.  100: ab crunches, ab lunges, ab/back, ab push, arm raises. 200 (2×100): arm arcs. 300 (3×100) waist twists, leg press, hip s/s, p/back and other hip, legs etc.
