with a noble mission that only we personally can fulfil.
Let’s courageously take on the challenges we face right now
so that we make the causes for the blossoms of happiness of

to bloom in our lives!

“We need to search out and foster new capable people. It’s important that we encourage and help them develop their abilities.

“Each member is a noble Bodhisattva of the Earth. Please find their strong points and praise them. Let’s ensure that everyone is able to make the most of their unique qualities to contribute to kosen-rufu.
“… please avoid judging others based on your own narrow-minded criteria. More importantly, please don’t let personal likes and dislikes influence you. If you only care for those you get along with, truly capable people will not develop.
“First Soka Gakkai president Tsunesaburo Makiguchi compared finding and fostering capable people to ‘panning for gold in the sand.’
“Our organisation has created a stream of golden capable people through members taking active part in SGI activities. Indeed, this is the best way to foster capable people.”
