EXERS: Stretches, gen squats, walking, step/sw 8x, inclines 2x, legs, 100 mini-sits, 100 mini-sits, 100 min i-sits, 300 leg press, 300 hips s/s, 300  pelvic/back. 300 (3×100) leg lifts and other exercises -arms, legs, back , waist etc.
