Still getting adjusted to temp Rx. Should know results of blood work beginning of next week (both doctor /nurse are out until Monday). Scheduled a sleep test to see if I have sleep apnea –appt. Jan 12th, unless they cancellations. Got a bunch of things accomplished and had a nice time at the Collins-LLC Dickens Dinner (alums were invited). BFAST: 46g/13g. LUNCH: 45g/30g. DINNER: 52.5-60g/26g. EXERS: stretches, gen. squats, chores, walking, 100 mini-sits and other exercises. Stairs 2x. St4x, Sw 4x.  (Tues/Wed ST 4x/SW 4x).
