Talking about some major energy , even if Mercury is still in Rx (retrograde) until February 11th. Completed my Facebook Community Fan Page, Keeping It Moving Forward—KIMF w/Liz —a community of liked minded individuals chat about Self-Care issues: being good to ourselves, balance, positivity, health care, self-esteem, self-empowerment and other related issues. Already have 80+ likes.
Did finally hear back from the IUH ( formerly Bloomington Hospital) Sleep Lab. Yep, have sleep apnea-not surprised. Am awaiting what equipment will be needed as I waiting to hear back on quotes ( got basic info weeks ago, was told to check back with them once I had a diagnosis and Rx from the doctors) with more concrete info.
I am looking forward to sleeping straight through the night, improved hormone levels ( yep, am also a member of the postmenopausal club, too), less/no depression, weight loss, more energy, etc. I am fully aware of that it may take awhile with getting my sleep properly regulated to determine, if any further action needs to be taken regarding my postmenopausal depression and other related symptoms. I have become educated with sleep apnea, the correlation between low estrogen, depression etc.
