— TO MY FRIENDS —
The grassroots conversations with the people around us
which cultivate bonds of trust and friendship
are the wellspring of positive energy going out into society!
Now is the time to spring forwards
and fulfil our personal missions as boddhisatvas of the earth!

—- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT —-
“As human beings, we can build a better future! We must never ever abandon this bright hope. Only by believing in the infinitely noble potential that lies within us can we change the minds of individuals and change our environment.
“Nichiren Daishonin writes:
‘Shakyamuni Buddha who attained enlightenment countless kalpas ago, the Lotus Sutra that leads all people to Buddhahood, and we ordinary human beings are in no way different or separate from one another. To chant Myoho-renge-kyo with this realisation is to inherit the ultimate Law of life and death.’ (WND-1, 216)
“Each of us who chants Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and is dedicated to kosen-rufu is worthy of the highest respect. We are one and indivisible with the Mystic Law—the fundamental Law of the universe. The great life of the Buddha from time without beginning pulses within us. We are in ourselves entities of supreme and eternal hope.
“When we awaken to this fact, we will be able to tap our inherent wisdom and overcome all of the sufferings of birth and death without the slightest doubt.”
