Sleep, writing,  member care  etc.
HUGS: 15-17+. Light Therapy: 30 minutes. SLEEP 6-6:45. Other : 1- 2.5 hours. EH: 45 mins/. STEPS: 1800-2800. MILES: .9-1.4. Self-Care: de-clutter, rest , body roller etc.

Inventory list. PM Chan ting. Lunch: 45/30. DINNER: 45/22. EXERS: stretches, gen squats, chores, 100 mini-sits, leg lifts, walking, other exers, arms, back, legs, st 4x, sw 4x  and other exercises.
