BFAST 45/14. LUNCH 45/24-28.  SNACK 34/9. DINNER 45/38. SNACK 19+/3. SNACK 21/6.5. EXERS: 100 mini-sits.  Stretches, squats, walking, errands/groc etc., arms,  back, waist, hips, leg lifts,  leg press, st 6x, sw 4x, incline 2x. Other exercises.
